Signing up for our conferencing service is an easy three-step process. Simply click here and provide your contact information.
Please contact us to change your contact information.
You never need to cancel your account with SaveOnConferences because you will only be billed when you use the service. However, if you do wish to cancel your account please contact us.

Invite guests to an Audio Conference
There are many ways to invite participants to a conference call using SaveOnConferences. We suggest using email or a calendar program like Outlook where you can add the relevant conference call information to the invitation such as date, time and dial-in numbers and participants pass code.
Since our service is reservationless, you do not need to schedule your conference calls with SaveOnConferences. Upon completing the sign up process you will be issued a conference account for your immediate use.
To start your audio conference call, simply dial-in your local number for your conference, e.g. 0870 730 1299 for the UK, enter the moderator pass code followed by the # key. Prior to the conference, distribute the date, time, dial in numbers and participant pass code to the attendees. If participants join the conference call prior to the moderator, they will hear music until the moderator joins.
