Answers: Audio Conference Calls
How many participants can I include on an audio conference call?
You can have up to 48 people at anytime on your conference call.
What is the procedure to setup a conference call?
Your reservationless conference call is automatically created when you complete the SaveOnConferences sign up form. Once activated, you can start to schedule your next conference call immediately by giving out the date and time of your conference call along with the dial-in numbers and participant pass code. To begin, call the dial-in number and then enter your moderator pass code followed by the # sign on your telephone keypad. It's that easy.
Do I have to call to schedule an Audio Conference each time?
No. One of the most appealing benefits of our service is that you can hold a conference call on the spur-of-the-moment. This is called reservationless conferencing. You will be provided with a variety of dial-in numbers with your dedicated moderator and participant pass codes when you sign up. Use them every time you want to hold a conference call.
Do I get a personal reservationless participant pass code?
Yes, a participant pass code will be given to you for distribution to all of your participants on your conference calls.
Do you support international attendees?
Attendees can dial in to SaveOnConferences from anywhere in the world. Additionally, participants can access the conference using the local direct dial-in numbers for the United Kingdom, Ireland. France, Germany, Austria, Spain, Switzerland and Belgium.
